  • We Specialise in Sub-base Pavement Construction. This includes materials such as Cement Treated Base, Heavily Bound, No Fines Concrete, Roller Compacted Concrete, Foamed Bitumen, Railway Ballast and other blended/ conditioned materials.

  • We have highly skilled personnel, available on hire to assist clients. We also have the ability to supply an asphalt crew with or without equipment.

  • We complete Area Preparations for our clients works which include - Drainage, Pouring of concrete, Slipform Barrier Paving, Formwork and General Earthmoving Works.

  • We have an extensive range of Leica 3D machine control solutions that we assist clients with their machinery and also utilise on our own projects.

Our Story

Needham Roads was born in 2017 with our founder, Ben, initially working as a mobile heavy duty mechanic that would service the Road Building industry around Sydney. Ben initially gained his experience in road machinery by growing up in a family business that offered Road Paving, Roller Compacted Concrete and Asphalting services. Going from the mechanical side until today and we are now completing pavement works on some of Australia’s biggest infrastructure projects. So far we have undertaken works in NSW, QLD, WA and ACT.
