OUR STORY
Needham Roads was born in 2017 with our founder, Ben, initially working as a mobile heavy duty mechanic that would service the Road Building industry around Sydney. Ben initially gained his experience in road machinery by growing up in a family business that offered Road Paving, Roller Compacted Concrete and Asphalting services. Going from the mechanical side until today and we are now completing pavement works on some of Australia’s biggest infrastructure projects. So far we have undertaken works in NSW, QLD, WA and ACT.
WHY CHOOSE US?
We are a family owned and operated business. This means safety is our number one goal whilst we work. However, we strive for quality and to offer our customers a different option when it comes to their pavement design. Our goal is to offer alternatives into the market by using proven technologies that are somewhat currently overlooked. We run a tight knitted team with extensive experience across the range of the services we offer.
MACHINERY
Volvo ABG Pavers - 5 Tracked Machines - our pavers are equipped with dual tamper high density screeds. With our equipment we have the ability to pave up to 14m wide and up to 500mm deep.
IMS Tracked Mobile Pugmill - our Mobile Pugmill has the ability to produce materials to customer requirements by adding binders and/ or moisture. With our pugmill we can achieve up to 450 tonnes per hour depending on mix design.
Survey and Machine Control - We carry an extensive range of Leica machine control solutions that we use on our own machinery and also help our clients utilising it on theirs.
